a spaghetti squash ‘how-to’

Behold, a spaghetti squash!

Carefully cut said spaghetti squash in two. 

Image

Scoop out the seeds and lather with olive oil both inside and out.

Place face down on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 mins or until tender in a 350 degree oven.

Oh yum, I can’t wait to eat you spaghetti squash!

Using a fork, scrape the spaghetti squash into a bowl. You can use right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days!
